These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://www.agodatest.online (the “Service”) operated by Agoda Assessment Prep (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What the Service is

Agoda Assessment Prep is an independent practice platform that helps candidates prepare for the Agoda SHL Verify Interactive G+ assessment. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Agoda Company Ltd. or SHL Group. Our questions and content are our own preparation materials and are not the real assessment.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Payments and access

Some content requires payment. Payments are processed by our payment provider, DodoPayments. Prices and what each plan includes are shown at checkout. Access to paid content is granted to your account after a successful payment.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@agodatest.online and we will review your request in good faith.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly share our questions or content.
• Share your account or paid access with others.
• Scrape, harvest, or use automated means to extract content from the Service.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including questions, explanations, text, and design — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your account grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use the content for your own preparation only.

No guarantee

The Service is provided to help you practise. We do not guarantee any particular result, score, or outcome on the real Agoda or SHL assessment, or that you will be hired. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
