This Privacy Policy explains how Agoda Assessment Prep (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use https://www.agodatest.online (the “Service”), an independent practice platform for the Agoda SHL Verify Interactive G+ assessment. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Agoda Company Ltd. or SHL Group.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name and email address when you create an account, or the basic profile information Google shares if you sign in with Google.
• Practice activity — the tests and questions you attempt, your answers, scores, and progress, so we can show your results and improve the Service.
• Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processor, DodoPayments. We do not see or store your full card details; we receive only confirmation of your purchase and plan status.
• Technical data — essential cookies needed to keep you signed in, plus standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) used for security and reliability.

How we use your information

• To create and maintain your account and sign you in.
• To provide the practice tests, score your attempts, and track your progress.
• To process payments and manage your access to paid content.
• To send essential account emails (confirmation, password reset, receipts).
• To keep the Service secure and to comply with legal obligations.

Service providers

We share information only with the providers that help us run the Service:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and account storage.
• DodoPayments — payment processing.
• Resend — sending transactional emails.
• Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, and security.
• Google — optional “Sign in with Google” authentication.

We do not sell your personal information.

We keep your account and practice data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
